Physical Breathing

The Physical Breathing is a tool to become self aware of the mind and physically aware of myself, as I breathe in this moment and stop my participation in my mind.

Normally I have thoughts running, ideas, concerns about certain situations - and within my breathing I assist myself in stabilizing myself. Stopping my participation in these thoughts that have no practical existence, that only serve to entertain myself and be somewhere else than here in this physical moment.

Thinking about things that could happen, irritations with someone or something, concerns about problems, entertaining myself with useless thoughts – within physical breathing, I make myself aware of all these points that my mind works with/consists on, as thoughts and also the experiencing of emotions and feelings – I breathe through these experiences and physical sensations, as also the releasing of points of stress in my body – relaxing in a way these stress points – finding my ground point, where I stabilize myself within the constancy of breathing with self-awareness of the movements of my mind.

Eventually I’ll observe some points to apply self-forgiveness towards certain thoughts, ideas, concerns. Though firstly I`ve to establish myself/stabilize my breathing because if not, if I am not self-aware of my breathing, the self-forgiveness application will only coming from a point of mind, as I am not grounded and stable I cannot apply self-forgiveness correctly and will only be abusing my application.

So firstly I make sure I am self-aware breathing, stopping my thoughts, mind movements as also emotions and feelings - my application is then a starting point to direct myself, to move myself in the physical.

More on Procrastination

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to procrastinate about household tasks that I define as non important/boring/tough;
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to use my choice to postpone household tasks over the practicality of the moment they come up;
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to create resistance to household tasks;
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to back chat in my mind about the non importance/boringness/toughness of household tasks;
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for don’t take responsibility to household tasks and in my life;
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think that I am not able to take responsibility in my life;
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to back chat in my mind about the fact that I am not taking responsibility in my life;
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to cause discontentment to my parents by the fact that I am not taking responsibility in my life;
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to not participate in what is real;
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to go into ego when I have to participate in what is real;
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to back chat in my mind with reasons, excuses and justifications when I have to participate in what is real;
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself for waiting and hoping for better circumstances in the future when I have to participate in what is real.

Expanding procrastination constructs

I am expanding about the points opened up on Sunnete´s process support video, which is very clear and precise in relation to my behavior regarding procrastination:
The point of free-will occurs in situations where I choose to procrastinate about household tasks that I define as non important/boring/tough, where I state to myself that I can use my choice to postponing the tasks over the practicality of the physical manifested conditions.
Where If I willingly postpone something that I don’t like to do, the only way I will do the task later is to willing myself latter-on to do it, which will be even harder because now I have to will myself to do it with the extra resistance of all kinds of thoughts like: “is something that is already late” or “the time to do it has passed” or “probably I will not have the time”… These thoughts are basically the fueling of the mind initiated from the initial resistance to the task.
And as I am creating a resistance outside myself by procrastinate and refuse to take responsibility, I later have to face the resistance within myself where I have compounded the thoughts and then only do the tasks based on systematic behavior.
Basically is all about ego and the fact that I don´t want to participate in what is real, where I procrastinate tasks with reasons, excuses and justifications, and only the fact of facing my compounded thoughts I engage in processing the tasks.

Procrastination mind constructs:

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to procrastinate towards household tasks that I normally define as boring;
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to give preference to tasks that I like to do and in contrast creating all kind of reasons, excuses and justifications to procrastinate about other tasks that I define as boring;
I forgive myself for allowing myself to give in to the mind and procrastinate about tasks, accepting myself to define them as boring and arduous;
I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to realize that reasons, excuses and justifications are constructs that I generate of the mind;
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to procrastinate particular tasks that I define as boring and arduous by generating a resistance towards them as reasons, excuses or justifications, instead of directing the tasks in the moment;
I forgive myself for allowing myself to procrastinate, allowing myself to time loop until I get once more to the same point of actually directing myself and my world;
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to give in to the mind with reasons, excuses and justifications instead of directing myself in the physical practically doing what has to be done;
I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to realize that procrastination is of waiting and of hoping for a better circumstance in the future;
I forgive myself that I haven’t allowed myself to realize the simplicity of self here, moving myself and directing my world accordingly to what as to be done in the moment.

SF on consciousness acceptances

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the mind system reality/unified field, of knowledge and information, comparing, judging and defining everything and everyone and separating all within/as myself from myself;
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to use knowledge and information in separation from myself;
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create my reality by defining everything as good or bad, and acting out on self-interest wanting good things from my life to be something more than I really am, this actually demonstrating the inferiority existing within me towards the good things I want/desire to achieve that I judge separate from me;
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed wants, needs and desires within myself only from the starting point of self- interest, not considering what is best for all;
I forgive myself that I haven’t considered what is best for all in my life;
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in the systematic cycles of beginning and end within the fear of death as end of consciousness;
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to constantly and continuously experienced myself, in “time loops”, as manifested regret within the now of consciousness;
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to understand that the illusion of choice/free will only exist as a systematic manifestation of the mind furthering the separation between consequence and self-expression;
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to realize that I live in a self created, self manifested reality, which is an illusion of the mind where our deluded continuous and constant participation only furthermore the separation between consequence and self-expression;
I forgive myself that I have not allowed myself to understand that life itself reflects us within the experiences of our systematic existence;
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be driven by consciousness instead of being Here within awareness;
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be impelled by self-interest, instead of standing up as life equal.
